1. Be Respectful & Honest

- Be genuine and truthful in your profile
- Use recent, clear photos that represent you accurately
- Treat others with kindness and respect
- Give thoughtful responses when someone shows interest
- Communicate your intentions clearly
✗ Don't:
- Use fake names, old photos, or photoshopped images
- Misrepresent your age, status, or intentions
- Copy someone else's photos or information
- Catfish or deceive other members
2. No Harassment or Abuse
✓ Do:
- Respect people's boundaries and choices
- Accept rejection gracefully
- Report concerning behavior to our team
- Block users who make you uncomfortable
✗ Don't:
- Send repeated messages after being ignored
- Use abusive, offensive, or threatening language
- Make unwanted sexual advances or comments
- Insult or demean others based on appearance, religion, background
- Share others' personal information without consent
- Engage in bullying or intimidation
3. Appropriate Content Only
✓ Do:
- Keep conversations respectful and appropriate
- Share relevant information about yourself
- Exchange contact details when both parties are comfortable
✗ Don't:
- Share or request nude or sexually explicit images
- Send unsolicited intimate photos
- Post explicit, vulgar, or adult content
- Share photos of other people without their consent
- Upload photos of minors
4. Serious Intent Only
✓ Do:
- Join with genuine intention to find a marriage partner
- Be clear about what you're looking for
- Invest time in meaningful conversations
✗ Don't:
- Use the platform for hookups or casual dating
- Join as entertainment or out of curiosity
- Catfish or lead people on
- Waste others' time with no serious intent
5. No Financial Schemes
Absolutely Not:
- Ask other members for money under any circumstances
- Send fake payment requests or invoices
- Engage in romance scams
- Pretend to need money in emergencies
- Request bank details or financial information
Note: Legitimate members will never ask for money. If someone does, they are a scammer. Report them immediately.
6. Respect Religion & Culture

- Be respectful of different Islamic practices
- Acknowledge cultural and ethnic diversity
- Have open conversations about values and beliefs
✗ Don't:
- Make derogatory comments about anyone's religion or culture
- Ridicule someone's interpretation of Islam
- Make racist or ethnically discriminatory remarks
7. Respect Privacy
- Never share screenshots of conversations
- Don't share others' photos or personal information
- Respect if someone goes offline or becomes inactive
- Don't contact members outside the platform without permission
8. Consequences of Violating Guidelines
Members who violate these guidelines may face:
- First offense: Warning and account suspension
- Repeated violations: Temporary account freeze
- Serious or illegal activity: Permanent ban
- Loss of subscription fees without refund
- Possible legal action for serious violations
9. How to Report Violations
Found someone violating our guidelines? Help us keep the community safe:

- Use the report feature in conversations

- Include profile information and specific examples
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24-48 hours.
